Still exploring China, we moved from Mohe, the northernmost point of China, to Fuyuan, the easternmost point. We went through over 2,000 kilometres on the road, withstanding the cold weather of -40 degrees hitchhiking. Our trip was colourful! Accidents happened on the road, but it was a risk we had to take. We met all kinds of people: beautiful, bastard, creative, simple We shared our love for travel with those people. In return, they shared their stories, ideas, pains, happiness, ignorance, interests, curiosity, culture, and passions. However, through these ups and downs, we made our way to Chinas easternmost point. Thats worthy of celebration, wont you agree?

Dongshan Island is a popular destination known for its beautiful beaches in Fujian province, China. However, there is much more to this island than just the beaches. The Lion on the Road team took the road less traveled and discovered a unique and authentic cultural experience: the sea fisherman nightlife. We spent an unforgettable evening with the sea fishermen and were amazed by their traditions, skills, and way of life. The fishermen welcomed us with open arms and shared their stories, songs, and food with us. We even had the opportunity to join them in their fishing activities, which was a truly thrilling experience.

The end of a tough journey during our hitchhiking experience from Jianxi to Guangzhou (over 800km in one day). Travel 3 people, 8 bags, 12 hours on the road with a lazy director David. Despite the challenges we faced, including language barriers and long hours on the road, we met incredible people and had unforgettable experiences. Finally, we arrive in Guangzhou where we are welcomed with open arms by a local family who treated us to tea and warm hospitality. JianXi to Guangzhou

This was an enriching experience that we will never forget.

After randomly stopping by, we were amazed by the taste of the oranges we had - they were the most delicious oranges we had ever tried in China! It's no easy feat, especially in the dead of winter when the temperature reaches -17 degrees. But we're determined to make it, trolley in tow. Along the way, we encounter some unexpected surprises, including plastic apples that we find strewn across the road. But we also experience the warmth and kindness of the people we meet, who welcome us into their homes and share their stories and culture with us.

Our drone had an accident near the towering statue of Genghis Khan, which damaged our trolley. However, the stunning natural landscapes along the way were awe-inspiring and made up for some of the challenges we faced.

Join Lion on his latest adventure in Yinchuan, a city in the remote Ningxia autonomous province of China. In this travel vlog, we follow Lion as he tries his hand at ice fishing, a popular winter activity in the region. With the help of local fishermen, he braves the icy winds and frozen waters to catch some fish. But the journey is not without its challenges. Lion faces language barriers and cultural differences, making communication with the locals a bit difficult. Despite the obstacles, he perseveres and ultimately has a fun and successful time on the ice.

Merry Christmas everyone! Lion and his team are on the road exploring China, and this year they found themselves celebrating the festive season in an unexpected way. While traveling from Yinchuan to Hohhot, they were invited by a new host, Steve, to spend Christmas with him and his family. It was a pleasant surprise for the team who had been on the road for a long time, missing the warmth and love of home.

On the road, we met a lot of different people, and had various unforgettable experiences, like how so many rich people always run away from us and are scared of us for no reason. It is sad to see such a society, however we always keep strong and positive, we know the road is not always easy.

Follow our adventure when travelling in China, from Harbin city, the capital of Heilongjiang province, to Mohe, a county-level city in Daxing'anling Prefecture, Heilongjiang province. Again, we are hitchhiking from moving from one city to another. After 20 hours of hitchhiking from Beijing to Harbin, we took another hitchhiking challenge from Harbin to Mohe. Some people rejected us, and even got scared of us. Other people took us in their car, but asked for something in return, completely missing the idea of hitchhiking!

What's better than going around the city, accompanied by a cute local girl? Get ready to be envious, because we did have a cute Chinese girl showing us around the city of Harbin, located in Heilongjiang province in China. Our awesome local guide, cutie Judy, took us to the best places in the city! We discovered the traditional foods of Harbin. We enjoyed the old architecture and influences of different cultures, also a great super cheap spa. Overall, Harbin is a totally different city compared to most cities in China. Exploring the north east part of China, we travelled from Harbin, Jilin, Baishan, to Fusong. It was quite an adventure, meeting good people taking us on the road, experiencing rejections, and watching the fireworks lighted up beautifully in the night sky, marking the new year. We spent the new year in the countryside, feeling the authenticity of China at its best. It was our first time discovering the real countryside of China and living it. The road once again taught us how unexpected this life could be, and how beautiful the world is. Enjoy the video and see how amazing it is with your own eyes. Leaving Dongbei, we were moving again, on the road again. See the highlight of our trip from Dalian, Liaoning province, crossing the sea to Shandong province. We made our stops in Weihai and Qingdao, where we met great hosts. This trip was not only about the places, it was also about the culture, the food, the people, and the real China. We learned some parts of Chinese culture in Shandong. Took some rest and refreshed ourselves after a tough winter. We were ready to continue Lion on the road journey with new energy after the past 3 months trip. Time to get moving again!

Learning the Chinese language is a big challenge, hence having a very good teacher is essential. Believe it or not, the best teachers we found on the road were the Chinese kids! This video will show you our journey while in Rizhao, Shandong province of China, from experiencing a great actor job to attending complicated Chinese language lessons with kindergarten kids. The funny and crazy moment in Rizhao led us to Hubei province where we crashed in a local wedding.

The trip around Japan didn't stop in Tokyo. I had to go to other places, of course, and my next destination was Fukuoka! Making a challenge to myself, I went from Tokyo to Fukuoka by hitchhiking. Was I able to reach Fukuoka only by hitchhiking? How many days did I spend on the road, to finally arrive in Fukuoka? Was hitchhiking even allowed or legal in Japan? Was it easy? Was it accepted by society? How did people react when I asked them to pull over for a ride? Everything will be answered in this video.
