Is November, the same snake year ongoing in my movie life. With the bottom line mentioned “you cant fight stupidity”, this month it went through a lot of changes in my work environment and over hundreds of people interviews, tests and changes that you can not imagine.

Fired few of the most snaky and disgusting people who I trusted from beginning but guts said otherwise actually, miss Wanda and WonWon who disappeared into the crowd one day without saying anything. Others came and go like the leaf's in the wind, not even need to mention, but overall this month was of learning a new path for company and for the team, testing limits, and building from scratch everything around the FYM LOVE RESIDENCE. A month spent from managing, set up, constructions, cleaning and receiving guests an express way to live and build a business. Somehow Universe opened the doors to the new comers who worth and appreciate being part of our team. Those new members are, actually only one for now Mr. DarWeis with a great attitude, and a lot to learn. Aside that another 3-4 new marketing team joining to see who's gonna stick with us. Miss Anggie Ni Luh Putri, Miss Lia Auralia, Miss Sisi, Miss Ifa (wanted to develop the Travel department dreams ofc) and mr Claudius oh but he came for cleaning 1 day so is not counted. This month also did an incredible WereWolf game party with 12+ players and an super entertaining stories till the end. Podcast number 3 was also released with miss Rachael and Krisna, 2 excellent kids with super powers, pity our internet connection sucked so we had technical difficulties to overcome. The podcast was not the only production work of the month, but we also covered another Galungan ceremonies and food together with KakKoh and family of Pras in Abiensemal village. End of the month tired of course and still working to fix a lot of things in the new project and residence, but things taking a clear direction finally, and it seems we have a more solid and proper team right now on the way.
