Lion on the Road: Discover Real China is a unique travel documentary project that started in March 2018. The project aims to showcase the real and diverse aspects of China to the world through monthly 5-10 feature episodes during a 1-year trip across the country. The program focuses on three main objectives: to reveal the beauty and challenges of the real China, to demonstrate the adaptation of foreigners to the Chinese society through learning their language, traditions, food, and lifestyles, and to share the personal story of Lion as he transforms negative cultural experiences into positive ones.
