In March 2018, we embarked on this project with a passion for exploring the history and traditions of green tea, and the local food in Hangzhou. With the help of Toma & GuoFan, we delved into the world of tea and learned all about the sacred steps of the tea ritual.
But that's not all! We were also lucky enough to be invited by the renowned chef LiuLiang to taste his traditional Hangzhou recipes, as well as some innovative dishes in his unique style. Chef LiuLiang has been featured in the number one Chinese food documentary series, making our experience all the more special.
